This notice explains how we process your personal data when you use our website.

2. Data we collect and why
a) Website visit. When you visit our website, your browser sends data such as your IP address, access time, browser type, and visited pages. These are stored temporarily for: secure site access; functionality system stability and analytics.
b) Contact and membership forms. We collect personal data (e.g. name, email, address, phone, job title, bank details if applicable) when you: contact us, apply for membership, register for LCPA events. This data is used to process your request and manage participation. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR.
c) Data storage. Data is stored only as long as necessary or required by law (e.g. tax/legal obligations).
3. Data sharing. We only share data if: you consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), it is legally required (Art. 6(1)(c)), or necessary for contracts or legal claims (Art. 6(1)(b), (f)).
4. Analytics. No analytics or tracking tools are currently in use.
5. Your rights. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, or object to processing under GDPR. You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
6. Objection to processing. If processing is based on legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)), you can object by emailing: info@lcpa.lt.
7. Data security. We use technical safeguards to protect your data.
